About us
We are Thomas and Beatrice. Together with our daughter we moved to the North of Portugal to live our life in nature on a beautiful eco-estate.
We soon came to find out that changing scenery does not change the way we think and behave.
The past year forced us to turn inside. The silence around us confronted us with unresolved pain and our limiting patterns and believes. The stripping down of the old or unlearning process as we like to call it, has been incredibly challenging and deeply satisfying at the same time.
Today we can say that we are fully connected to ourselves and life a live from the heart. Our time is no longer divided between work and free time.
Enthusiastic about our own unlearning journey, we are dedicated to help others breaking out of limiting patterns and beliefs.

It used to be different
When we lived in Amsterdam we came to realization that our background and the culture we grew up in shaped our image of what our life should be like. We were working extremely hard to keep up to that image.
That insight sparked something within us. We asked ourselves; what do we truly want from life? Some of the elements that came up were: being in nature, self-connection and more time doing what makes us happy.
We thought that moving to the Portugese mountains would give us all those things.
