Family constellations
When something in your life keeps repeating, the answer may not be where you've been looking.
Get to the root & reclaim your lifeFamily Constellation days in Porto, Portugal - or at a location of your choice.
You've read the books. Had the conversations. Maybe sat in therapy for years. And still, something keeps pulling you back.
The same conflict in your relationships. The same wall in your work. The same heaviness that keeps coming back.
It doesn't respond to willpower, insight, or trying harder. Because what you're carrying may not have started with you. A family constellation helps you understand why you are blocked.
What to Expect
What to ExpectA Family Constellation is a way of making the invisible visible.
We all grow up inside a family system - a web of loyalties, losses, and unspoken rules that quietly shapes how we live, love, and work. A Family Constellation brings that system into the room.
We create a living map of your family. Participants step into roles representing family members or elements of your question - and without knowing your history, begin to express the dynamics at play. It sounds remarkable. It is.
What emerges is not analysis. It's something you can see, feel, and finally set down.
A constellation doesn't give you advice. It gives you movement.
why it's so powerful
See the hidden dynamics
Discover how events in your family's past still shape your relationships, choices, and sense of self today.
Heal across generations
Trauma travels through family lines until someone turns to face it; a constellation is where that can happen.
Put down what isn't yours
Release burdens, grief, and loyalties you've been carrying for others, often without knowing it.
Whether your theme is personal, relational, or professional, you leave with insight you can feel in your body, not just understand in your head.
Gain clarity on a real question
You don't need to bring your own question to be moved by the work. Representing in someone else's constellation is often just as insightful and healing - you step into the field, and the field speaks to your life too.

Gather your own circle: friends, family, colleagues, your expat community - and hire us to facilitate the day and hold the space. Because everyone is connected to you or each other, the work often goes an extra layer deep. At your location or at House of the Valley.

You bring the people. We bring the work.
how a constellation day works
Ideally 8 to 16 people. Some bring a personal question or theme to explore; others take part as representatives. Everyone goes home with something - the work touches the whole room.
The group
Food & drinks
At your location, the group arranges it - potluck style works beautifully. At House of the Valley, snacks and drinks are on us.
We come to you: a quiet place where we can comfortably spend 6–7 hours together - someone's home, a shaded garden, an office, a studio. If it suits the group better, hosting the day at House of the Valley is also possible; it just means some travel time for everyone.
The space
The investment
One day, one fee, shared by the group. With a full circle, it comes down to a modest amount per person.

- JOB“I had never done a family constellation before and did not know what to expect. I definitely did not expect such a powerful and healing journey for everybody. I felt super safe. Thomas did an incredible job holding space in such a loving and kind way.”
- Claudia“Thomas guides his sessions in a natural and sincere way. He works from his intuition, and with his knowledge and a gentle touch of humor, he knows exactly how to strike the right chord. His presence feels both grounding and strong.”

I've never done a constellation. Can I still join?
1
Absolutely. Most people at our days are first-timers. No preparation or prior knowledge is needed - you'll be guided through everything.
I don’t have a burning question. Is it still worth it?
2
Yes. Taking part as a representative is often described as just as meaningful as bringing your own theme. The work reaches everyone in the room.
Is this therapy?
3
No. A constellation is not a replacement for therapy, but it works beautifully alongside it. Many people come after years of talking, because this work reaches a layer that talking can't.
Do I have to share my whole family history?
4
No. A short conversation about your question is enough - the constellation itself does the revealing. You share only what you choose to.
