YOUR STAY

Held by Nature

Guests stay in one of our beautifully designed tiny houses, each offering full privacy, comfort, and views of the valley below.

Thoughtfully crafted with natural materials, each space invites rest and reconnection. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with eco-friendly bath products, and a cozy indoor dining nook. Outside, there’s space to sit and take in the stillness.  There is no WiFi inside the tiny houses, allowing you to fully disconnect. However, WiFi is available on our main terrace if needed.

The houses are spaced far apart to offer a true sense of solitude, while still being close enough to walk to your sessions or shared meals. It’s your own quiet sanctuary, held by nature and designed for deep rest.

Thomas

Thomas is a systemic coach and retreat facilitator with a calm, grounded presence and a sharp eye for survival mechanisms. He helps guests slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and uncover what’s been holding them back.

At House of the Valley, Thomas guides sessions that are embodied, clear, and deeply intuitive. He specializes in recognizing limiting patterns, both personal and systemic, and gently bringing them into awareness so real shifts can take place.

His strength lies in creating a safe space where people feel seen, supported, and able to meet themselves with honesty. His approach is steady, spacious, and rooted in presence.

Beatrice

Beatrice is an intuitive guide and business coach. Her strength lies in seeing what’s hidden beneath the surface; quickly, clearly, and without judgment. She works with a sharp sense of knowing, yet always from a place of warmth and deep respect. She helps people reconnect with their inner compass, so they can navigate life from a place of clarity and truth.

At House of the Valley, Beatrice supports guests through life transitions, emotional blocks, and questions of direction or purpose. She also brings her background in branding and entrepreneurship into the work, helping guests gain clarity around their business, creative projects, or personal brand. Her sessions offer insight, confidence, and powerful shifts, whether the theme is personal, professional, or relational.

Nature is part of your stay

Our eco-estate is nestled in the green hills of Northern Portugal, surrounded by trees, walking paths, and quiet gardens full of herbs, flowers, and fruit trees. From your tiny house, you can step directly into nature, with hiking trails beginning at our gate and plenty of spots to sit, rest, or simply take in the view.

On warmer days, enjoy our pool or take a short drive to a beautiful river just 5 km away for a refreshing swim. The Douro Valley is also nearby, offering scenic drives, vineyards, and breathtaking landscapes.

To enrich your experience, we can help arrange a variety of optional activities such as a private Ayurvedic massage in your tiny house, a guided horse walk at a nearby estate, or a Portuguese cooking class on a local organic farm.
